1-2-1/Group Personal Training

When training face to face, I will help with your form and quality of movement when performing exercises. This will ensure that you are performing the movements with the correct technique and I’ll be on-hand to point out any issues that may arise. I will also instil confidence in the movement, so that you can feel comfortable when performing the training on your own.

In-person training will build rapport between myself and you far more effectively than through online apps alone.

Some people need a little more coaching than others. Training on a one-to-one basis gives you the opportunity to ask questions immediately, in real-time as needed, rather than after-the-fact.

What Can You Expect:

Each session will last one hour and will be tailored to meet your individual fitness goals.  I will vary the content of our sessions to keep you motivated and avoid boredom.  Most importantly, I will teach you how to perform exercises with correct form and technique, so that you can safely follow your training program outside of our sessions.

We will work on creating a strategy to get you in the best shape of your life and maintain the results without missing out on the fun life has to offer.
