If you're a busy person, parent or soon-to-be parent and you're curious if you could actually improve or maintain your fitness levels. You owe it to yourself and your family to take this risk-free plunge to see what it's like to be a make a better version of your current self.

I want you to experience daily wins, improve your confidence, boost those energy levels, the improved sleep (because you busy parents need as much sleep as possible), and have overall better mental health. In order to help and support our loved ones, we have to make sure we are supporting and improving ourselves.

 

The Workout

The WORKOUT has been designed for people with busy lives, those who lead active lives and those who can’t afford, or who don’t enjoy the gym.

Each week consists of three days of workouts with additional core and strength accessory work.

The workouts can be done with just your bodyweight but you can also introduce dumbbells, kettlebells, in very little space and in a short time period to fit around your busy lifestyle!

You will receive a new workout plan each month to keep you motivated and learn new movements.

Session Times

The WORKOUTS are designed to between 20-25 minutes long and can be performed at any time of day or nigh. But life sometimes gets in the way and the programs can be adapted. So even on the busiest of days, if you can schedule in just 10 minutes. You are on to a winner. With the WORKOUTS you have the flexibility to work out on your schedule! Each month you will receive a new program to keep you motivated and learn new movement.

Train anywhere

All of our programming is designed so that you can complete it anywhere, with whatever equipment you have available. Whether that be at home with the family in the gym or out in the great outdoors!

Choose your weapon

Just like choosing your location, you can also choose whether you complete each workout with a kettlebell, a dumbbell or bodyweight. With careful programming, no option is easier, it comes down to what you have available. You will receive a list of the exercises with instructions to make easier for those starting out or increased to make harder.

Track Progress

The programming app makes seeing your weekly schedule simple, plan your training out each week and track the progress of your sessions. look back to see how far you have come!

How to get started

Click the purchase button to start. Once payment has been set up, you will be taken to the sign up page. You will then receive email straight away explaining how to download the app or login via the web browser. There are also video explaining how to use the app and record all your workouts.

The Process

Once you are ready to get started, each day (Monday) the daily workout is delivered to you. Look over the movements, watch the videos and set a time / place to complete the workout.

Results tracking

Each week you will be asked to complete a form that will track your bodyweight, hip & waist measurements and the option to upload progress photographs (these are all kept private). This is the best way to see the changes that your body will go through.

Consistency & Support

It’s up to you to keep yourself consistent and to complete the workouts BUT through the private facebook group, myself and other members are on hand to support you when needed.

Not only will you receive this amazing workout but also a bonus plan to encourage you to get those daily steps in. now, I don’t mean just making sure you reach between 7,000 - 14,000 steps. But a plan to help towards Burning extra calories, Strengthen the heart, Help lower your blood sugar, Eases joint pain, Boosts immune function, Boost your energy, Improve your mood and more.

From Monday, you will receive a daily walking plan that will last between 15-45 minutes. It will guide you on the pace, distance and time for each walk to help achieve overall health and wellbeing.
